USDA Income Limit in Maryland
 Good news came from the USDA’s Rural Housing Program on July 1st. The new maximum income guidelines in Maryland for 2011 have been released, and most areas in MD received increases. This means that more people will be eligible for 100% financing, on their personal residence, in the less urban/rural areas of the state
