It is time to abolish all but one of our government loan guaranty programs.... The Veterans Administration program of making affordable and well regulated home loans to this special class of citizens should continue.

The Veterans Administration amended the suspension of accepting the HUD condo approval for VA financing (suspension instituted last September). Monday, May 17, 2010, they amended that suspension. VA will now accept: FHA condo approvals dates prior to December 7, 2009 are accepted by VA FHA condo approvals dated after December 7, 2009, or phases

The Realtor questioned the rate her client was receiving on the VA loan....We’ve also seen the ads for houses selling for half off the asking price or for pennies on the dollar. We would never call a Realtor and question the price you've negotiated for a client or the homes they’ve shown.
